Yusuhara Young Forestry Research Project"CoMORI”
In 2020, the Yusuhara Town Young Forestry Research Project called "CoMORI" was launched.
The seven members who usually work for different companies stepped outside their workplaces to come together in order to strive to improve forestry skills through friendly competitions.

They cut down dangerous trees behind residential homes in Yusuhara Town

Special Logging Techniques
Cutting down dangerous trees requires advanced techniques. The CoMORi members are working to master special felling techniques using ropes.
Moreover, they are engaging in hands-on activities with children, allowing them to get familiar with forests through recreational activities.
